|
To improve the "Korean Board of Senior Health and Welfare," it is important to concentrate on the management and administration of the related boards. In addition, the board members should help developing and correcting the foundation of the professional trainings related to this field. The education should also be convergent and dynamic to well respond to the fast-changing society. The medical treatments and welfares cannot be separated due to the nature of seniors and senior diseases. The only difference is the services based on the variables including the characteristics of the disease, medical treatment systems, and social welfare support systems. To prepare for the super-aged society, efficient distribution of resources are needed as well as paying attention to the community businesses focusing on human sensibility, senses, and emotions. The "Korean Board of Senior Health and Welfare" should care about the industries related to "human care contents" which may provide the refreshing, intelligence-expanding, rehabilitating effects.
